About the Role:
Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Associate to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment where you'll help customers look and feel their best. If you love connecting with people and have a passion for sales and wellness, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients daily
- Educate clients on tanning equipment, lotions, and skincare products to drive sales
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and membership targets
- Open and close the salon according to established procedures
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage retention and loyalty
Requirements:
- Prior retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and drive to meet sales targets
- Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
