About the Role:

Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, upbeat environment where you'll help clients look and feel their best. If you love connecting with people and have a passion for sales and service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming in-store experience
Educate clients on tanning/wellness services, skincare products, and membership options
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment
Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and performance metrics
Open and close the store following established procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet sales targets
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Compensation: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
