About the Role:

Palm Beach Tan is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Retail Store Manager to lead our team! In this role, you'll inspire a team, create an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales in one of the most recognized names in the tanning industry. Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team to meet and exceed store goals
Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and overall store revenue individually and as a store
Deliver an outstanding guest experience and resolve customer concerns with professionalism
Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance
Recruit, hire, and train new team members
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results

Requirements:

1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about the beauty and wellness industry

Compensation: $41,600.00 - $56,750.00 per year
