About the Role:

Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Store Associate to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, customer-focused environment where you'll help clients look and feel their best. If you love beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with tanning/wellness services, memberships, and skincare
Drive retail sales by promoting skincare and tanning products to meet individual customer needs
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Drive and exceed individual and store sales goals
Build lasting customer relationships to support membership retention and loyalty

Requirements:

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Positive, energetic attitude and a team-player mentality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping people
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible part-time schedule including evenings and weekends
Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
