About the Role:

Join the Palm Beach Tan team in Wichita as a Part-Time Store Associate and help customers look and feel their best! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, upbeat environment where you'll build meaningful customer relationships and grow your retail career.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests
Educate customers on memberships, tanning/wellness equipment, and skincare
Drive sales by meeting and exceeding individual and store goals
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
Open and close the store following established procedures and guidelines
Build customer loyalty through follow-up and personalized service

Requirements:

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting sales targets
Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
