About the Role:

Palm Beach Tan is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Retail Manager to lead our team! In this role, you'll inspire a team of beauty sales consultants, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help clients look and feel their best every day. If you're passionate about retail leadership and love a fast-paced, people-first environment, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team to meet and exceed store goals
Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and customer retention initiatives
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve client concerns with professionalism
Manage daily store operations including scheduling & inventory
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing salon environment

Requirements:

1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience required
Proven track record in sales, membership, or subscription-based retail preferred
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about the beauty and wellness industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
