About the Role:
Palm Beach Tan in Wichita Falls, TX is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Manager in Training to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to launch your management career with one of the most recognized names in the industry. Responsibilities:
- Learn and execute all salon operations under the guidance of experienced management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Educate customers on tanning & wellness services, and premium skincare
- Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and meet performance goals individually and as a team
- Assist in training, coaching, and developing team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment
Requirements:
- Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience preferred
- Strong leadership potential with a desire to grow into a store management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
