About the Role:
Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic Part Time Retail Associate to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment where you'll help customers look and feel their best. If you love beauty, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with tanning services, product recommendations, and membership options
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and membership retention
- Drive membership and retail sales by educating customers on tanning services, wellness services, and skincare products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
Requirements:
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems
- Positive, energetic attitude and professional appearance
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
