About the Role:
Palm Beach Tan is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment where you'll help customers look and feel their best. If you love connecting with people and have a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, delivering an exceptional in-store experience
- Educate clients on tanning & wellness services, membership packages, and skincare products
- Drive sales by recommending upgrades, add-ons, and retail products
- Process membership sign-ups, transactions, and account updates accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming salon environment
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Open and close the salon, following all operational procedures
Requirements:
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Compensation: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
