About the Role:
Join Palm Beach Tan - JGG Sethi, Inc as a Store Manager in Petaluma, CA, where you will lead a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional tanning experiences. This role offers the opportunity to drive store success while fostering a positive environment for both customers and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of tanning consultants.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking products to meet customer demand.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any customer concerns promptly.
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized store environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and staff.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with tanning products and services is a plus.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business management is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.

Compensation: $19.50 per hour
