Responsibilities:
· Prepares Development and Franchise Agreements, transfers, renewals, and related documents
· Coordinates, compiles and revises Annual FDD
· Maintains franchise database and franchise files
· Tracks royalty increases, anniversary dates, insurance and agreement expiration dates, etc
· Manages and maintains other legal and contractual documents for the company
· Effective handling of requests for information from franchisees, prospective franchisees, and other departments within the company
· Maintain all reports, spreadsheets and other results tracking documents
· Interacting and communicating with franchisees on a daily basis
· Manages Discovery Day process and other franchise related events/meetings
Requirements:
· 2-3 years franchise related legal experience preferred
· College degree or related work experience (Paralegal Certificate a plus)
· Excellent organization and communication skills
· Microsoft Office computer skills
· Ability to write clearly and informatively

Compensation: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
