We’re Looking for Energetic, Outgoing Sales Professionals to Join Our Team!

We’re seeking motivated and positive salespeople to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. If you’re someone who thrives in a commission-driven environment and enjoys building relationships with customers, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas
Provide professional and upbeat customer consultations
Build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
Maintain a clean and organized salon
Ensure tanning beds and equipment are clean and functioning
Handle cash, open and close the business
Complete daily administrative tasks, including goal tracking
Train and develop new sales associates

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including nights and weekends)
Previous customer service experience
A friendly, competitive drive to meet sales goals
Leadership experience is a plus
A polished, professional appearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 8 hours per day
